Custom Night Guards
A guard made from a scan of your own teeth, so grinding wears the plastic instead of your enamel and your crowns.
A hard acrylic guard worn at night that separates your teeth, so the force of clenching and grinding lands on the guard rather than on tooth structure.
We scan your teeth and the lab builds a guard to fit only you. At the fitting we adjust how it contacts your bite, which is the part that decides whether you keep wearing it.
Grinding flattens teeth, cracks fillings, breaks crowns, and drives sensitivity and jaw pain. A guard is much cheaper than the crowns it prevents.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about custom night guards.
Anyone with flattened or chipped edges, morning jaw ache, headaches at the temples, or a partner who has mentioned the noise. Also anyone who has just paid for veneers or crowns.
A scan at one visit and a fitting at the next. Odd for the first week, then most people stop noticing it, and a fair number say they sleep better.
Two short visits about two weeks apart. The fitting is mostly adjusting and polishing until it sits comfortably.
Drugstore boil-and-bite guards are soft, and soft guards can make some people clench harder. Many dental plans cover part of a custom guard, so ask Linda.
Nothing to recover from. Rinse and brush it daily, keep it dry in its case, and bring it to your cleanings so we can check the wear pattern.
